The founders

Teammates first.

Kyle Blair and Stephen Stege met as kids on the same Little League team. Kyle went on to play professional baseball and Stephen professional tennis. They started Challenger after a golf trip in Scottsdale showed them how far behind the game’s tools had fallen.
